Every Citrus Studio fitting is built to last. We back that with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects — one of the strongest commitments available for direct-from-manufacturer brass fittings in India.

What Is Covered

Brass body integrity — Any structural defect, crack, or failure of the brass body under normal use
Chrome finish — Peeling, flaking, or loss of chrome plating that is not caused by abrasive cleaning
Cartridge and valve performance — Dripping or failure of the internal cartridge under normal operating pressure (0.5–5 bar)
Threaded connections — Leakage at threaded joints due to manufacturing defect
All hardware and components supplied as part of the original product

What Is Not Covered

Damage caused by improper installation or not following our installation guide
Damage from water pressure above 5 bar
Natural wear and gradual dulling of finish over years of use
Damage from abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or physical impact
Products modified or repaired by unauthorised persons
Consumable components such as O-rings and washers (covered in the first year only)

How to Claim

Email us at contactus@citrusbath.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
Share 2–3 clear photographs of the defect
Our team will respond within 48 hours — replacement, repair, or part dispatch

We do not require the product to be returned before processing your claim. Our goal is to resolve every warranty claim within 7 working days of your report.
