We stand behind every product we sell. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it — no questions asked.

What qualifies for replacement?

  • Product arrived physically damaged (dents, cracks, broken parts)
  • Product is defective (leaking from body, valve not functioning, finish peeling on arrival)
  • Wrong product delivered

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Normal wear and tear after installation
  • Change of mind or preference

How to raise a replacement request

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order number and a clear photo or video of the defect
  3. We will review and respond within 24 hours
  4. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours at no charge
